Compliance Check Audit
Purpose: A high-level, quick assessment of essential HR compliance areas to help small businesses ensure they meet regulatory standards and minimize legal risks. This is ideal for businesses that want a basic “HR Health Check.”
Scope of the Audit:
Employee Records Review: Ensure records are complete and compliant with state and federal laws (I-9 forms, personnel files, etc.).
Policy & Handbook Compliance Check: High-level review of the employee handbook and core policies for compliance with regulations (EEO, leave policies, harassment policies).
